General Conditions

Cancellation Policy

• 'Free Cancellation' reservations: Book now and pay upon pickup. Only if you cancel less than 3 days before the arrival date or do not show up, your credit card will be charged 100% of the amount.
• 'Non Refundable' reservations: You pay the full amount and get a 10% discount. No amount is refunded in case of cancellation.

Drivers Age: Minimum 20 years.

Driver's license: International or national held at least one year.

Traffic fines: All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period, are at the renter's responsibility.

Fuel: Fuels is paid by the customer and is obligated to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was available when he received the car. Otherwise he has to pay the difference upon delivery.

Taxes: Vat 24% & all local taxes included.

Availability: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however , may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Ferrying of the car: The advance written authorization of our offices is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.

Kilometres: Unlimited km is included in our rates.
